Digital Products

All products sold on CloneMRR are digital products (software code, templates, and documentation) delivered electronically via GitHub repository access and email.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you cannot get the template working as described, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

You may request a refund within 14 days if:

The code does not function as described in the product documentation
You cannot access the GitHub repository or download the files
Critical features listed on the product page are missing or non-functional
You have made a reasonable effort to follow setup instructions and contacted support for assistance

Not Eligible for Refund:

Refunds will not be issued if:

You have successfully accessed and downloaded the code
You changed your mind or found a different solution
You lack the technical skills to implement the template (technical requirements are clearly listed on each product page)
You have customized the code significantly
More than 14 days have passed since purchase
You are unable to obtain required third-party API keys (Stripe, ElevenLabs, etc.)
You refuse to provide information necessary to troubleshoot your issue

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with:

Your order number
The specific issue you encountered
Steps you've taken to resolve it (screenshots helpful)
Confirmation you have contacted support for assistance

We will respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No Returns on Bundles After Partial Use

If you purchase a bundle of multiple templates and access more than one template, the bundle is considered "used" and is not eligible for refund.

Access Revocation

Upon issuing a refund, your access to the GitHub repository and all related materials will be immediately revoked.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks are taken seriously. If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to:

Permanently ban you from future purchases
Pursue legal action for fraud
Report the incident to relevant authorities

Our support covers:

Help getting the template running as documented
Clarification on setup steps
Bug fixes for issues in the original code

Support does NOT include:

Custom feature development
Teaching you programming languages
Debugging your custom modifications
Setting up third-party services (Stripe, hosting, etc.)

Modifications and Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
